Will it work with my caching plugin?+

Yes. SimplyChat loads asynchronously and isn't affected by WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache, LiteSpeed Cache, or any other caching layer. The widget is served from our CDN, not from your WordPress install.

Does it work on WordPress.com?+

Yes on Business and Commerce plans (which allow custom code). WordPress.com Free, Personal, and Premium plans don't allow third-party scripts, which would block SimplyChat the same as any other chat tool.
